Yes, we accept most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE / TRICARE West / TriWest. We bill insurance directly for therapy sessions. For clients without insurance or with high deductibles, we offer sliding scale rates.

Yes, we provide online therapy and immigration evaluations to clients throughout Texas, including San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and all other cities across the state.
While we provide mental health services for adults in all stages of life, we specialize in serving active duty military members, veterans, military spouses and families, LGBTQ+ individuals, young adults and Gen Z, seniors, and those needing immigration psychological evaluations. Our therapists have specialized training and many have lived experience within these communities, including Safe Zone certification for LGBTQ+ care.
Our licensed therapists are trained in multiple evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Narrative Therapy. We match you with the therapeutic approach that best fits your specific needs and goals.
Most of our providers use Zoom or Doxy.Me for sessions. These applications can be used on any device, including mobile phones, are secure, and meet all HIPAA requirements. You’ll meet with your therapist at your scheduled time, just like a traditional office visit but from the comfort of your home.
