Angela Solis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Texas A&M San Antonio and later received her Master’s in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University.
Angela has worked with children, adolescents and young adults, and adults on various issues including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, healthy relationships, and anger management. She has also worked extensively with individuals with co-occurring disorders. Before becoming a social worker, Angela volunteered as a child advocate of San Antonio and a summer basketball coach for low-income high schools. Since graduating, she has worked with the local mental health authority, nonprofits and most recently has worked as a school social worker.
Angela believes in meeting the client where they are at and prides herself at creating a healthy environment where the individual feels safe.
