Dawnn Reale is a Texas Licensed Master Social Worker, who strongly believes in authenticity, dignity and respect for all.
Dawnn graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Sul Ross State University in 2005 and went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Texas San Antonio in 2012.
Dawnn brings extensive work experience from varied settings. Beginning with serving this country on Active Duty in the United States Air Force in the career field of Security Forces, Dawnn later served as a Reservist for the United States Air Force as a Aeromedical Technician/Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
Dawnn’s passion for helping others continued as she worked as an Investigator for Child Protective Services (CPS), a Case Manager for Adults with Disabilities, and held the role of an After Care Case Manager for individuals struggling with homeless. Dawnn’s experience grew working and counseling adults struggling with substance dependency. She also provided social services for individuals and family needing Hospice Services.
Dawnn held the role of Director of Social Services of a local Skill Nursing Facility, providing Geriatric Care to patients, and worked as a Program Manager for the Exceptional Family Member Program for Active Military Members and their Families.
Most recently, Dawnn’s work took her to a mental health setting for children ages 3-17 in the capacity of Utilization Management, where her role of managing the benefits and seeking services for those children in care has further allowed her to pursue her passion for helping others.
With this varied experience, Dawnn brings a unique outlook to working alongside others. She believes full heartedly that every person in this world is uniquely a blessing, and that we can always learn something from each other.
