Janna Wallace-Lennox has over 15 years of experience as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Janna is licensed in Texas, North Carolina and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Chapman University in 2004. In 2007, she earned a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant International University.
Janna’s professional experience includes working with individuals, couples and families to achieve their desired goals. Her experience includes working within outpatient, inpatient, in-person and telehealth therapy. As a military spouse Janna has a unique understanding of military culture. She has experience working with active duty and retired military members and their families, as well as others not related to the military. Her specialties include: depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger management, relationship difficulties, self-care, communication, substance abuse, grief/loss and life transitions.
Janna believes that therapy is a challenging and rewarding process that takes time and dedication. She loves to assist people through this journey utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy.
