Jazmanika Smith, LMSW

Jazmanika, originally from San Francisco, California, attained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the California State University, San Bernardino in 2013. Motivated to take her skills back home, Jazmanika served as an AmeriCorps Fellow at 826 Valencia in San Francisco. During her time of service, Jazmanika developed a strong interest in education, advocacy, and social, emotional, and behavioral health in disenfranchised communities. She has spent several years working for non-profits and school-based organizations across The Bay Area, including San Francisco Unified School District and Seneca Family of Agencies. Upon graduating with her Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at San Antonio, she soon became a Licensed Master Social Worker.
