Juan Arreche is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He attended Our Lady of the Lake University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2013. Juan also obtained his Master of Science degree in Psychology with a focus in family, couples, and individual psychotherapy from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2015. He has worked in various settings, including as a supervised visitation specialist with the Guardian House, in a private practice setting, as well as a case manager with the Center for Health Care Services. He utilizes various approaches for psychotherapy including Solution-focused Brief Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
Juan has worked in the mental health court system, non-profit sector, as well as an employee assistance program specialist.
