Julie Gardner completed her bachelor’s degree at Texas A and M University with a degree in communications. She later received a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University.
Counseling has been a passion of Julie’s for years and she feels blessed to be able to provide compassion, hope, encouragement empowerment to others. She has a vast range of experience working with adolescents, teenagers and adults. She believes in meeting the client where they’re at while providing a session that fosters support, growth and wellness. She works with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, Bipolar, relationship difficulties, trauma, addiction, life transition issues, and self esteem issues.
Julie enjoys working with clients while providing a warm and supportive environment. She helps clients find their inner strength and develop the skills they need to resolve difficulties, accomplish goals and make positive changes. Julie’s approach is supportive and solution focused with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, TF-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
